Today’s Positive Interaction is to think about a favorite memory you have with your spouse or partner. Take some time to bring it fully to mind. Do this by placing yourself back in the scene mentally and going through the five senses to recall what it was like.

When you have the memory fully in mind, pick a strategic time to relive it with your love. Make sure it’s a time when there won’t be distractions. (Hide the smart phone if necessary!) Get their full attention and enjoy the memory together. Afterwards, look your sweetheart in the eye and tell him or her sincerely how glad you are to be together.
